!!!!SOLUTION FOR task bar error!!!!! FIXED!!!!!

hey guys, first of all this is so frustrating that MS screwed this update. and even more upsetting, their solution

So, ignore the above.  follow below.

1.ctrl  shft  esc

2. file  ,   run new task

3. type "control"

4. go to clock, region.  Change time to TOMORROW

5. REBOOT.

6. YOU'RE WELCOME
