Snip&Skatch app is broken in 18975 flight
Hi all! Pressing Win + Shift + S does nothing but dims out screen. Pressing Screen Snip in notification area (flight out menu ) opens sniping app window but it is impossible to make a screenshot out...

Had this issue last night after updating my fast ring to 18975 from 18970. after 30 mins or so i restarted my PC and the next time Windows boot up the problem was gone and everything is working fine now.
