Slow Program Launches and Delays on Samsung Win 11 Laptop

1. Disable Samsung background services
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
2. Switch to the “Startup” tab.
3. Disable all Samsung related services (especially “Samsung Update”, “Samsung Cloud”, etc.)
2. Adjust the power plan

3.: Temporarily disable Windows Defender
1. Open the “Virus and Threat Protection” settings.
2. Click “Manage Settings”.
