Sleep Mode Missing

Sleep mode completely disappeared from my computer recently. I haven't messed with Modern Standby or tried to turn off any sleep mode. It is completely gone. I have tried EVERY method of getting it back from the internet. No matter what I do it won't come back. Below I'll have a screenshot of my PowerCfg -a to show my issue.
