Significant drop in the number of frames on the NVIDIA 3080 on latest Canary builds

The issue does not occur on version 27842. At the moment, I consider it to be solved in the indicated Canarian compilation.
I have also noticed a similar problem with delays in the case of Windows Update, where after a longer computer startup, the "Check for updates" button stops responding to pressing and you have to do it several times - before the system starts scanning for any updates to download. Meanwhile, right after a fresh startup, the button's response is fast and efficient.
