When my machines goes to sleep or hibernates it seems that I will have "stuck windows from Outlook". This will appear as a white box that blocks anything behind it. I have to close Outlook or restart my machine to fix this issue. I never had this issue until I started using the Windows Insider releases. It has been happening the last month or so. 

I don't have a good picture of this right now, but will post one when I get around to it. 

Where can I open a case with Microsoft to resolve this or report the BUG?
