Settings items are clicked automatically
I've just upgraded to Insider preview build 22623.891. When opening Settings page or settings panel at the lower right corner, the focused item will be clicked continuously.

- Try upgrading to 22623.898. See if that helps.
- I've switched to Dev channel and upgraded to build 25247.1000. The issue seems to be gone.
