Security issue in Windows 10? or maybe just insider preview build

Has any body noticed that when you lock your screen for the night and when you come back into the office the day afterwards and wake up your PC ( without logging in yet!) that all the toast notifications appear within the login screen?

So all my emails etc come past without me logging in. This doesn't sound right to me.
