SD card is being read as i can hear the inserting sound but its not visible in file explorer

I tried to format my write protected sd card on this same laptop but I couldn't remove the write protection from the sd card so I downloaded AOMEI Partition Manager which when I selected the partition and opted to format it showed formatting up to 20% and I showed an error. When I headed toward the file explorer I couldn't find the sd card (SDXC). I tried another computer then the sd card was visible. HELP NEEDED ASAP

    In Disk Management, check whether the SD card appears as unallocated or in RAW format, then reformat it using a third-party partitioning tool.
