Screen refreshing again and again not able to open an windows related software
The screen is flickering every second the windows key is not showing on the screen whole bar just disappeared and it keeps refreshing the screen again and again
What version of Windows are you using?
Did you install any new program or made any changes to your PC before this problem started?
Have you updated your graphic card driver?

- The issue is now resolved it was asking for another update and without fully install the update the screen will flicker.
