Screen brightness locked at 50% and HDR cannot be turned on
The screen brightness is locked at 50% and I cannot find the option to enable HDR, but energy-saving mode is not enabled. How can I remove these restrictions?

Some monitors have a built-in ambient light sensor that auto-adjusts brightness. Check your monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) menu for a setting like "Eco Mode," "Ambient Light Sensor," "Dynamic Contrast," or "Auto Brightness" and disable it. This is a very common culprit.
