Running Fullscreen Video cause Stutter/lag in 19002

MDM-1I have the same issue too. Fullscreen video on all browser and fullscreen in videogame cause stutter and lag. There were nothing like this in the previous build i have. My GPU is AMD radeon vega 56. I tred updating my gpu driver but it didn't take effect.

    Yes I noticed on Feedback hub the game issues, and I presume they are all Shader relater (madVR uses them); but why only in fullscreen..?

    Tried the driver too, no effect.
    You also have AMD, does anyone with Nvidia (Intel iGPU) have the same issues?

    I am limited to 10-15 FPS in fullscreen, and have near 75 FPS in windowed mode (my monitor is 75Hz Freesync).

        MDM-1 This problem doesn't seem to be isolated to Insider builds. It's currently a problem with the production build of Windows 19042.572. My feedback link for that build is here: https://aka.ms/AAa49sy
