Rollback

Hello, I was unable to download the newest Update of the Preview. I did a Rollback and It rolled me back to 21h2. I am now unable to join back the insider program. Every time i press the power button/hover over it I am given the option if I want to update and restart. Every time I click that it restarts like normal but no update happens. It's confusing. Now I am stuck with this and I am unable to check for updates because the button seems to not work.
