rollback windows 10

i have windows 11 build 22471.1000 

it's impossible rollback at windows 10 , O.S. HP PRO
if restore with factory option the OS result is windows 11 .
In all system it's impossibile rollback at win10
help me

    How long it has been since you upgrade to Windows 11?
    What is the problem with the rollback?
    If it is less than 10 days, you may still rollback to Windows 10 , otherwise, you have to perform a clean install of Windows 10.

    This is the only solution that will allow you to install Windows10, but everything will be cleaned and reinstalled - without personal files.
