Revo uninstaller not working and system apps can't be deleted

Hi everyone,

I  heard Revo Uninstaller is a good app uninstall and but it doesn't seem to work properly for windows system apps. Some apps either fail to uninstall completely or still leave behind files and registry entries. Even worse, there are certain system apps that I can't remove at all, no matter what I try.

Is this normal behavior on Windows 11? Are system apps protected from being deleted, or is there a workaround to remove them safely? I'm also wondering if there are better methods or tools to completely uninstall stubborn programs without breaking the system as revo uninstaller not working on my windows pc. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
