Retrieving win 11 that was a free upgrade from MS. I am also a window insider customer
How do I retrieve Win 11 that was a free upgrade from MS. I had to reinstall window 10 because my system was very unstable and I was unable to refresh or reset the system.

If you currently have Win10 - public stable release then the easiest way is to download the update assistant, if you meet the system requirements , then you will automatically get the update free of charge.
You don't need to use a USB stick to install Win11
