Resource Usage of Windows 10 System During Idle Periods

Unused programs have been uninstalled, program autostart and background processes disabled, and network search in the Start Menu along with News and Interests in the taskbar have been turned off via Group Policy Editor. I want to determine if the system's resource usage is normal during idle state.

Hardware configuration: Dell Precision M2800 (upgraded to i7-4810MQ processor, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, and 1080p IPS wide color gamut display).
