Reset to 0 ssd for my Windows PC

Hello everyone,
I had a problem yesterday installing Windows 11 on a new PC...
Using Rufus I created my Bootable key, I installed Windows and my PC was turned off... After impossible to install Windows...
Today I changed my key and I no longer use Rufus...
The PC was launched and Windows started installing until
Language to choose and then the PC asked me if I wanted to repair Windows and I couldn't...
What if you have the solution?

    Boot from the USB drive. When the Windows Setup screen appears, delete all existing partitions on the target drive (if data backup is done) to avoid conflicts. Create a new partition and proceed with the installation.
