Reset PC after first insider build but still unable to leave windows insider program

I received my first insider build preview yesterday ..windows 11 enterprise on beta channel. It was installed and sadly resulted in a very slow system and eventual blue screen .Had to reset and go back to previous version ,win 10 pro which im a lot happier with. I have followed every instruction to leave the insider program and not  remotely interested in anything insider . Just wont allow me to get out of this virus like application. E mail not associated with insider account ??? That after receiving welcome mail from them . Tried every method contemplating doing an absolute fresh installation if no solution is found. Group policy permissions changed and i am the only person in my group and admin but dont have some of the admin priviledges to make changes
