Remove Windows 11 Insider program

Hello, 

I would like to have the windows 11 insider upgrade removed and was instructed to find help here

    Hello,
    Open Settings                    
    Click on windows update
    Open the windows insider program
    Open stop getting preview build
    Turn on the first switch
    Restart your computer
    After restarting your computer
    Open Settings
    Click on windows update
    Click on check for update
    Done
