Release version of ADK\PE has issues

The updated MakeWinPEMedia.cmd in the release GA version is broken; at least when used for making an ISO. The code in the file is different from the previous working version. Change the code to the previous version allows it to create an iso from the media folder.

    Roll back to a previous Preview Experience version in Windows Update settings to resolve the issue.

    Replace the corresponding files in the new version with the corresponding files from the old version of the MakeWinPEMedia.cmd script file.
