Reinstall windows led to boot loop

Do you have access to the Windows installer file through the DVD or USB?
If yes, try boot with it and perform installation.
You may also try force shutdown twice to load the Windows Recovery Environment and perform troubleshooting from there.

Reza_Ameri it was a purchase from a refurb company, so no disc etc, is it downloadable? Currently getting this message now. Very worried as this was advised for me to do and now it seems I’ve lost all my work.
- Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
In case you have access to another PC, you may create the installer media by downloading it.- Windows 11, the insider wouldn’t install. Was told to do a reinstall, but left with what looks like a wiped laptop! How do I create the installer media? Thank you so much for your help!
