Recommendation to best bulk image resizer for Windows PC?
Windows does not come with a bulk image resizing feature. You have to resize the image one by one. For large amount resizing, please go and use a dedicated image resizer app instead. You can bulk resize hundred of images at one time.

How much do you know about Dropbox's "Share as Zip" feature with size limit? I can tell you that by combining the "Share as Zip" feature of Dropbox with the size limiter, it can be a creative and completely free method to implement a batch image resizer for Windows PCs.
How to do it:
