You might already have VLLC media player on your computer. It has a built-in youtube mp3 conversion feature.
How to convert with VLLC youtube mp3 converter:
1. Open VLLC Media Player.
2. Go to Media > Open Network Stream (or Ctrl+N).
3. Paste the YouTube URL and click Play.
4. Once the video is playing, go to Playback > Record. This will start recording the audio.
5. Let it play until the end of the video, then stop it.
The recorded file will be in your "Videos" folder (by default) with a .mp4 extension. You can simply rename the file extension from .mp4 to .mp3, and it will work as an audio file.
This free youtube mp3 converter is completely safe and free from shady websites, but it's a bit more manual.
