    I got the solution, Just Reset The PC, with keeping your files

Look in the Windows/panther directory for setupact.log and setuperr.log - they may help some. I saw some disk references in mine so that led me to try changing the disk from dynamic back to basic (what it was originally when I first loaded W11 - new system build).
