How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?
- The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.

If it is a work laptop, it may not allow thee to use Windows Insider though in the second half of this year, 23H2 would be released to everyone with it...

Ouch 😞 that is really bad news for my productivity...
I went through long forums & number of folks complained about this, I hope in future someone at Microsoft takes appropriate decision for not removing such a critical setting.

It will come back, you could use explorer patcher for now but taht's a 3rdparty thing- Oct-2023 is not. 🙂
