How to let windows 11 "never combine taskbar buttons"?
- Jul 30, 2024The November 2023 update added “never combined” mode on the taskbar for Windows 11. To find this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviors. Set Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels to Never. It also added a separate setting for turning this feature on for other taskbars when you use multiple monitors.
Thank you!

A serious answer is in this article , which explains unequivocally the reasons for removing this feature :

Deleted sorry - what’s is it you think that linked article says? There is zero in there about ‘never combine’.

- drdougFeb 24, 2023Iron ContributorSeriously you post a link to an article that does not in any way mention never combine taskbar icons and you now suggest as we actually read the article and we cannot join the dots that do not exist and that calling you out on it is why MS does not engage on the issue.
If it is a security issue MS could easily say this, but they do not.
Someone raised this bogus connection before? Was it you? Are you playing MS spin doctor?
You can easily support your supposition by quoting the text that refers to the issue. As you can't I suggest you thought the article is long no one will read it all and I will be believed. Of course some do read it and others can use Ctrl F.- DeletedFeb 24, 2023
For me, the information I shared -> confirm that the current image of Windows11, has been prepared, checked - by independent institutions and Microsoft partners - so it is obvious why there is no such function!
And now I am convinced that it will not be in Windows11.
Of course, this is my private assessment of 🙂
