Hey, everyone i got the solution for that,
1 - Install Windows 10 (it will drain very fast)
2 - Uninstall your battery driver while plugged in.
3 - restart your Laptop.
Then it'll be ok

Thanks a lot Man, i have uninstalled the battery driver while plugged in and restarted my lap and kept it charged for 100%, It's working my battery lasts for an hour with only total usage of 18%, you are simply awesome man so the problem is only with Battery drivers guys
