RDP issue with server 2016 and kb5046612

After applying the patch above, rdp fails with bad creds until a second reboot is done. Just wondering if this is widespread or something in my customer environment.

KB5046612 seems to introduce some changes that temporarily interfere with credential validation or session establishment, possibly due to updates in security policies, credential caching, or related services. The fact that a second reboot fixes it suggests the patch affects services or cache that only refresh after a full restart.

Re-adding the user to the Remote Desktop Users group or resetting credentials helps, but that’s more of a workaround than a fix.
