Quit Windows Insider Program

Hi, 

I would like to quit the Windows Insider Program but I can't remember the email used when registered. 

 

There's a way to gain this information, please?

    In case you are using Windows 10, you may open Settings and go to Update & Security and click on Windows Insider Program and you will see your email there.
