Questions about account verification and program uninstallation

1. Regarding account verification:
Settings → Account → Windows Backup, I was prompted "Your passwords will not sync until you verify your identity on this device" and when I clicked "Verify" to authenticate, there was no response and the authentication window did not load any content and went back.

2. Uninstall the application:
Applications → Installed Applications, click any of the programs to "Uninstall", first the settings are not responsive and then it flashes back.
