You need to Fresh install windows 10 again to switch back to receiving 20H1 builds again.
You can download the latest Windows 10 ISO file from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
or download each Insider build from here:
https://uupdump.ml/known.php
