Problems with mixed reality headset

So every time I try to plug in my mixed reality headset it crashes my gpu (2060 super ) I need help fixing it

I fixed it. Its was a driver and adapter problem
Turns out nvidia has windows universal drivers and the adapter I was using didnt support 4k in the conversion
