problem with updating Windows 11 Home Insider

I need help with achieving an update of Windows 11 Home Insider to the current standard release of Windows 11 Home. I do not receive updates in Windows Update in Settings. There has not been an update to Windows 11 Insider on my computer since late May 2023, and I am getting very concerned about this. I receive Windows Defender updates no problem. This problem seems a bit complex to me. More background: this computer was updated to Windows 11 Home Insider on the night of 4 April 2023. I do not select this, or approve it, seems like a Microsoft glitch to me. This computer's processor, while an i7, was not on the 'approved' list for Windows 11, but the update to Windows 11 Insider went ahead anyway. In general it seems to work OK, but there are glitches with Windows 11 Insider that I am getting tired of, which result in unplanned restarts. I feel its like a software switch has been set somewhere to avoid making any Windows updates available to this computer, its very strange. Right now in Settings, in Windows 11 Insider Program, it says there is a new version available, but in Windows Update, it says 'you are up to date', as it has said since May 2023. I hope this is sufficiently clear.
