Problem with registering for Windows Insider (for Business)

I have problems with registering for Windows Insider. When I click on register or log in and use Entra ID credentials (Global Admin and normal) I only get spinning dots. All the Windows Insider pages...

It is a network issue. Please reboot the router and try again.

I already tried outside of our network. I also tried different webbrowsers.

    Please ping 40.71.11.142 (shown in the screenshot) and see if the network connection is ok.

      Yes, I can ping that IP-adres.
