Problem with optional diagnostic options

Make sure you verified your Microsoft account. Click on Verify under Settings > Account > Your info. Also ensure that you've sync settings turned off. If you can change diagnostic setting, try making it On and see if that helps. If you can't change diagnostic setting due to an error, do let me know.
