Problem with microsoft apps (Egde, Windows Store, Xbox,...) when upgrade to windows 10 build 17763.1

My laptop is connected to internect using wifi.

I can using chrome to browsing, but I can't connect to internet when open these apps.  

I try to ping using cmd. It's fine.

Please fix this asap!
