Problem with creating a new "documents" system folder

Hi there, I wanted to move the system folder "documents" from C to another hard disk (a 2TB drive called "2TB Platte (I:)" in my new PC. I made the mistake, that I did not create a "documents" folde...

PetraSchw , I think your documents are safe now, because your documents currently saving to I:\

Also i seen many users are losed their documents , videos and many personal files after reinstalled windows by formating C drive

    If I go over the Windows system and tell the system to save new documents, music, pictures etc to (I:) it looks fine at the first step. Looking closer at the newly created documents these are "document folders" and not "system folders".

    The system folders (except the "document" folder which I messed up) are still on C:

    I would be able to move the system folders via right click and "settings" to I:
    Still, I stay with the problem that I do not have a system folder anymore for "documents".

    The big questions are now:

    1. is that a potential problem if I do not have a system folder called "documents"?

    2. if the response to 1 is "yes", how can I recreate the "documents" system folder ?
