Problem leaving Windows 11's Insider Program

One month ago, I've agreed to join insider previews on windows 11. After the installation of windows 11 insider preview I leave the Insider program on the official website. Unfortunately, after reinstalled windows 11 25H2 twice from Microsoft official software-download website, I still receiving the dev updates on Windows Update. I need help to completely unenroll my PC from dev updates.
