problem in the new features of insider 21286.
I recently updated to the 21286 version but as per the features i dint get the taskbar feature which shows the weather and news when clicked.
please help on getting the feature i even have MS edge and the weather app too.
but still.
please help.

there is nothing to worry about, it's perfectly normal. Windows insider team have mentioned many times on Twitter and also in the Blog post:
IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature is currently only available to Windows Insiders in United States, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and India. This feature also requires the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge browser (Stable) to be installed on your PC. We are also testing different variations of this experience so some Insiders may see a different experience than others.
it's a staged rollout, not everyone will have it at first. I'm on the same build as you and I don't have it.
