Problem in stalling Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 3 (SP3

I am using windows 11 using Windows insider program. Everything was fine, but I have come across one issue ie, " Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 3 (SP3 is not installing in the windows update. It shows "Download and Install" but when i click it will show installing 1% and immediately to 100%, but never installed. Please suggest.
