Bonjour’ le win 11 sallume plus comme avant … plus de barre en dessous et rien fonctionne

I'm guessing your issue is regarding the Taskbar based on the translation....
You could try to open up Task Manager and kill the "explorer" process and click File > Run new task > enter "explorer" and click OK to retry.
