Power Saving vs High Performance Options in Graphics Settings Menu

I've come across some unique power settings within the System > Display > Graphics section of Windows 11. It appears that different programs have individualized power configurations, ranging from "Power Saving" to "High Performance." I am intrigued by the potential advantages of these settings and would like recommendations on which settings would optimize performance for each program.

Additionally, there is an option to disable these custom settings and instruct Windows to refrain from optimizing for windowed games. Interestingly, this optimization feature is enabled by default. Check out the screenshot below for reference:
