Please ask other users to contact Microsoft to repair the file history.

This is my question:

Win 10/11 file history is malfunctioning after an update why hasn't Microsoft fixed this issue yet? | Microsoft Community Hub

I've already reported and inquired about this issue through the Windows 10 Feedback Center, but haven't received any response yet. I've also spoken with live customer service multiple times, and they said file history records are unrelated to these two updates. I even told customer service that other users have encountered the same problem, and they said they would escalate my issue to Microsoft's higher management.

I've been in a really bad mood this past month.

I don't know how to fix computers. I hope Microsoft can confirm and fix this.
