Planned Obsolescence?

I was originally told my computer couldn't run Windows 11. Even though I have TPM 2 (enabled), DX12 capable, supposedly I can't run W11. -- BUT THEN suddenly after a reboot, Windows Update installs it automatically. However, I start seeing certain messages telling me that my computer is not supported by W11.

So I open the PC Health Check App. It says my Processor is not supported. I check the list of supported processors, sure enough, mine is not on there.

But, what does that mean? It's not super-old. How do you not support a viable, working processor? It is in fact working right now on W11. My system has TPM 2.0. And I have all the latest firmware patches. Is this planned obsolescence? I am very happy with my computer, and I will happily *not* use W11 if it means I have to buy a new rig in this economy.
