Pinned items won't stay on Start Menu
Hello I'm on Windows Pro 11, version 23H2 (OS build 22631.3235).
Any change I make to the pinned items on the start menu will not stay after a reboot.
If I remove one (or more) of the 7 default ones (see pic), they just come back after reboot.
And anything that I add gets removed after reboot.
Can anyone help?
A simple restart of Windows Explorer can refresh the Start Menu and fix temporary glitches.
Steps:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
- Find Windows Explorer in the list under the Processes tab.
- Right-click on it and select Restart.
