Hi, Since you already tried sfc, DISM, creating a new user, and re-registering the apps, try this: Reset the apps: Settings → Apps → Photos / Snipping Tool → Advanced Options → Reset Reinstall via PowerShell: Get-AppxPackage Photos | Remove-AppxPackage Get-AppxPackage WindowsCamera | Remove-AppxPackage Then reinstall from Microsoft Store Check for Windows Updates Test with a new local admin account If still not working, do an in-place Windows repair using the latest ISO This usually fixes “Bad Image” errors.
