Phone Link and Pairing to Calls on PC

Had an issue Pairing Phone Link to Calls with my Z Flip5.  The problem was with my older Bluetooth Dongle.  Bought a New one Bluetooth Dongle Ver 5.4 (EDR+BLE) and everything hooked up perfectly until I rebooted my Computer.  What I ended up doing was Right Clicking on my Bluetooth Icon on the Taskbar, Clicking on Add A New Bluetooth Device and pairing my phone that way.  Now everything works all the time.  I was also able to pair my Ear Buds and use them with my PC for everyday Functions including Voice Commands.  Weird but at least everything works right.  Hope this helps someone else.
