Pen Issues with 24H2 Release Preview

I put this in feedback hub but am posting here for others to maybe discover.

Surface Pro 8 on 24H2 release preview .863, and prior RPs

When using pen input on the Surface display when multiple monitors are connected, the system basically stops registering inputs and graphics freeze. Audio continues in the background but pen, touch, mouse, and keyboard input appear to stop functioning (including Ctrl Alt Delete).
