PDF unlocker - How do I unlock PDF without password on Widnows 11?
I have encountered similar problems before. The PDF files were locked by passwords, which was a headache. I tried many methods, such as online unlocking tools and some small software, but most of them failed. Later, I saw someone recommend Dr-PDF on a forum, so I tried it with a try attitude, and it successfully unlocked these PDFs. I had a fun experience using Google Chrome to unlock and save a PDF file that I didn't have editing permissions on. I opened the encrypted PDF file in Chrome and then entered the password to unlock it. Once the file was open, I was able to browse the entire content.
- Open your PDF file in Chrome.
- If the file has a password, enter the password to unlock it.
- Press Ctrl + P to open the print dialog.
Select "Save as PDF" in the print settings. - Click "Save", select a storage location, name the file, and save it.
In this way, I successfully created a copy of the PDF that can be opened without a password. This method does not require any third-party software, is very simple, and because it is done directly in the browser, it feels safe. However, its disadvantage is that it does not remove the copying or editing restrictions from the original file, it is equivalent to making a copy that can be read freely.
